Please join us on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17, at NOON PACIFIC TIIME for a “TABLE READ FOR CHARITY”!
In the first season of the How NOT To Make A Movie Podcast, we told the tortured story of making “Bordello of Blood” – a movie none of us wanted to make. Our hearts were still invested in a script called “DEAD EASY”. Universal had just pulled the plug. “Dead Easy” was dead.
The script got shoved to the back of a drawer.
And forgotten.
Until now. While there’s always been interest among a segment of Crypt fans in “Dead Easy”, until now, they’ve had nowhere to go with their interest. It remained a chimera in the fog. Could-would-shoulda?
We can now satisfy that curiosity! While we can’t present the “Dead Easy” movie we wanted to make, we can present a version of it. And that’s what we’re going to do on SATURDAY DECEMBER 17 at NOON Pacific Time.
We’re doing it for the Motion Picture Home – the MPTF – a great charity that takes care of film folk in need. Film folk are family to us. Your donation will be your ticket to the reading.
Check back here for updates on how to donate. Better yet, subscribe – then you’ll always know!
